Pilots, air traffic controllers, maintenance personnel, ground crew, and other aviation professionals can submit reports related to safety incidents or concerns.

Yes, creating an account allows you to track your report's status and receive updates through email notifications. However, anonymous reporting may be available depending on the fields that are required by the aviation safety report forms.

Yes, you can edit a submitted report by going to the My Reports page and select the report you wanted to change.

Note: Falsifying information in a safety report is a violation of aviation safety regulations and can have serious consequences. Always provide accurate and truthful information in your reports.

Submitting a safety report to our respective divisions would help improve aviation safety by identifying risks and preventing future incidents.

Only authorized safety analysts and investigators from CAAP can view reports. Your identity remains confidential unless disclosure is legally required.
